I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = Z-E-O-Z
Age = 31-35
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = Alpha/Beta/Day 1'er

How often do you play Destiny? = 5-6 Days/Week

How many characters do you have at max level? = 2

After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE

Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = Titan (for sure).  I like the support role of Defender very much.  Party shields, weapon buffs, enemy blinds, suppressions.  Seems like a good choice for a raid environment.

Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = Striker Sub-class.  I believe the overall dps is just not as formidable as Sunbreaker.  Speaking on "supers" alone; Strikers can clear an area, Sunbreakers can clear a room.

What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = Just to make it clear, I had x3 311+ HM raid ready characters.  I deleted my 312 warlock recently for a hunter that I am currently leveling up.  So my x2 311+ characters are two 315 Titans.  Point being, I can't really answer this question with my hunter, due to lack of experience.  With the Titan however, I don't feel they have many weaknesses, other than being slow as fuck compared to the other classes.

What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I heard about you from 'Googling' "Desinty PS4 clans".  First link was a Reddit post.  What attracted me to this particular clan was the time it took to write the recruitment post.  The way it was written shows a lot of mmo experience, particularly what it takes to make PvE successful and less disheartening.  In addition, I wasn't in a top 20 guild like it was mentioned the leaders were.  However, I was in a top 100 U.S. wow guild twice.  and a top 100 world guild once.  I even managed to get top 10 parses on particular fights on many different occasions.  I should mention that I am not mentioning some of my gaming history to be cocky or pretend I am on an equal level.  I am stating, because I'd like to think I see patterns of what makes teams work.  Your mindset, or this clans mindset, if true; works.  Also, I wanted to point out that I may not completely suck.

Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = I have been in two previously before.  Domain  of  Pain, and Se7en Shadowz.  DoP failed, because I was playing with them for 8+ years, and I finally had a permanent falling out with the 'Elitest' clan leader.  Also, they decided not to play anymore.  SS, was more recent, I joined because I knew the clan leader for a year, and he was on Destiny 10+ hours every day.  All of a sudden he disappeared for 3 weeks, only to re-appeare magically for CoD on release day.  lol I just need prefer continuity.

Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No.  Nor any guild I have ever been in.

What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = Hopefully a consistent schedule to play with people I can form a rhythm with.  To be fluid with in gameplay.

Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny?  = Destiny (Bungie App).  Loadouts (App). Events (App).  www.destinylfg.com.  Google hangouts now apparently =D

Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in raiding? = Black Spindle.  I originally played on Xbox for TK, and I do have Black Spindle on those toons.  However I strongly preferred the PS4 exclusives and overall control style.  In addition, I didn't want to lose all of my year 1 progression.  I ended up switching over shortly after the BS quest was over on PS4.  Still waiting for it to pop again...

Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = Absolutely.  I focus on Int, Disc for my Titan(s).  317 Int, 315 Disc, 0 Str. (currently)

If you have prior raiding experience in other games besides Destiny, please list it here. = Guild Wars 1 (people don't consider it a "raid", but it took 8 people and lasted 6-8 hours per attempt (Full wipe = restart/failure).  World of Warcraft.  Swtor.  Rift.  I am sure there's more, but it took me a while to remember Rift,  So I'll just end it there.

How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = Depends on the problem.  If it's me, I accept it was my fault and commit to trying to not do the same mistake again.  If it's others, if allowed to, I would go step by step to pinpoint the issue causing "...high pressure or stress..." and walk through in detail what to, or what not to do.

How do you react to negative feedback, justified or otherwise? = I hate negative feedback on myself.  So I prepare (w/ information and tactics) to not be the one holding the team back.  With that in mind, I VIVIDLY listen to what was mentioned (if said), and practice till I perfect.  I don't really play with people that give dumb or ignorant enough advice to give "unjustified" feedback, so I can't respond on that.

How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = I believe I am in excellent leader, I also think the best leaders are the best followers.  With that in mind, I am fantastic with taking directions.

How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = Depends on how pivotal his role is.  For example, if he's the "call leader", then I suck it up and carry him, because my role is different.  If it's just a fill in spot, and he's in the clan; I suck it up and carry him.  If it's a random, then fuck that nigga.

What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? =
#1 Elitism.  (Happens though when you play at the top...)
#2 People who talk over leadership without due cause.
#3 People who don't piss, shit, eat, drink, clear schedules completely before raids.
#4 People who do all the previously stated actions when everyone else is ready to raid.
#5 People who leave teams without saying why.
#6 People who don't give reason as to why they didn't show up.
I don't deal with #1; it happens.
I deal with #2-#6 with stating at some point my frustrations with it, because they are "choices", not uncontrollable factors.  If they can debate otherwise with me how their time is more valuable then every other member of the team, and win; then I'll fucking kill myself.

What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I am a property manager.  To be honest...  I literally work 10-20 hours a month.  So if there is any schedule problem Tue/Wed 7-11, I'm probably lying,  Or someone died, which may also be a lie.

We have a couple HM Oryx kills to clean up from earlier in the week tonight at 7:00 PM EST. If you would be available before, say around 6:00, that would be great. If not, we probably won't get to you until 9:00.
