I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = vaiur-
Age = 20-25
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = September 2014
How often do you play Destiny? = 3-4 Days/Week
How many characters do you have over 310 Light Level? = 2
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = I play two hunters, and am levelling up a Titan with a friend using Refer-a-friend. Hunters and Titans seem very strong in raid settings, which explains my choices. I have two hunters because I like to double up on loot lockouts to gear up faster for content when it's released.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = Bladedancer, I don't really enjoy the concept of a melee super in raid and pve settings, which is my entire focus in Destiny.
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = I'm very good at coordination mechanics, as well as putting out high amounts of damage. However, my biggest drawback I think is that sometimes I overextend in the name of raw damage output and as a result I die a lot more than I should. I'm well aware of this pitfall in my playstyle.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = Reddit. I haven't really been too serious about finding a clan for Destiny until now, because I'm just tired of LFG being hit-or-miss.
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = No.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = Teammates who are well-adjusted to mechanics, can apply previous raid mechanics to any new PVE content that may be released and handle it accordingly, and an overall strong group of players who are capable of efficiently clearing endgame content and enjoy doing it.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = I'm an avid reader of /r/DestinyTheGame, as well as /r/Fireteams. I have always used the website (and occasionally /r/Fireteams) to clear content due to having no static group of players to settle in with.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in the current raid? = No.
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = During raid I run Nightstalker on my Hunters, INT/DIS stat prioritization. Fast supers and fast grenades. My perks usually revolve around damage output and, if possible, extra sniper or machine gun ammo (at the moment; this could obviously change with the next raid or balance patch).
Have you raided in any other games? Please list your raiding history in Destiny. = World of Warcraft, RIFT, FFXIV. In Destiny, I cleared VoG and VoG HM. I lost interest in the game and came back for TTK, clearing KF and KF HM very quickly. I also cleared the Challenges within hours of them becoming available each week in LFG groups and /r/Fireteams groups. I personally consider all current PVE endgame to be on complete farm.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = Just breathe and perform. I'm very analytical and can assess situations very quickly. One or two good looks at something and I'm generally no longer a contributing factor to being unable to clear an encounter. A key factor is not letting emotions control my decisions, and instead take a breath and think about a situation instead of being angry or annoyed.
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = If the feedback is sound, then I'm all for it. If I feel like the criticism I'm receiving (or anyone else in the group for that matter) isn't correct, I make it a point to speak up and ensure that misinformation doesn't get spread. Incorrect understanding of problems almost always hinders a raid group far more than they realize. Years of raiding has taught me that everyone has to be on the same page with an encounter in order to put something on farm mode.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = I follow directions very well. I've been both raid leader and raid member, so I understand what a leader needs from their group.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = It's frustrating but it happens. Ideally, we're all here to kill stuff efficiently and to consume content at an above-average pace. People can have off-days and sometimes I need to accept that Joe Raider over there might have had a terrible day at work or something. Words of encouragement and a quick reminder of what we're in the raid to do is generally my go-to.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = I've learned over time that I really really dislike it when people overstep their boundaries of their role, be it in-game or their position with a guild/clan/team. If you're raid leader, I fully expect you to raid-lead, not be an angry parent or drill sergeant. If you're a raid member, I fully expect you to put your best foot forward and comply with strategy and give your input when necessary, otherwise your focus should be on doing your job.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I work in cellular communications for a major telecom provider in Canada. I'm always off work by 5:30pm EST on Tuesday and Wednesday, however I do raid in FFXIV on Tuesdays at 8pm EST. While I understand that may be a deciding factor in this application, I figured I would at least give it a go. Doesn't hurt to try!
