I just filled out application '10PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = Myakmyway
Age = 20-25
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = Destiny 1
How often do you play Destiny? = Everyday
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I saw in the recruitment post that you guys are a hardcore raiding clan. The description that you guys have top tier leaders that had led raids in other games as well.
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = I've helped friends create clans because they didn't know how to start and establish a clan but I've been looking for a home.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No I have never.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = Finding people that are like minded about raiding and progression. As well as making friends that can take a joke as well as be serious when the time comes.
Which stats do you try to focus on in a PvE setting? = Stats depends on character honestly. Hunter I add some of my trials gear to get some recovery while still have 2-3 resilience and have 7-8 mobility. Titan get the same stats as hunter. Warlock I put more recovery on to make up for not having as much of a boost for a jump as titan and not as nimble as hunter
Please list your raiding history in Destiny. Have you ever raided in another game? = I've done every raid countless times since destiny came out starting from VoG to leviathan now. I had been leading raids the whole time through progression and weekly clears. Was within too 10 leading for kings raid as well as a hour behind slayerage in first leviathan kill. I raided a lot previously in WoW started for ICC 25 and 10 and left after DW Heroic.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = I have always been a leader so I've had to deal with people sometimes being incompetent stressing everyone else out I keep a positive attitude while be strict and stern. If I am being led by someone else and in a high stress environment I take a breath and focus on the task at hand.
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = Whether I am a leader or just a raider I accept constructive criticism or feedback good or bad openly. I feel no one is able to grow as a raider player or person if there is no feedback at all.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = I accept the instructions as they are given to me if I ever feel like there is a better or faster way to do something I would bring it up privately after raid or instance
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = To be honest sometimes that happens not because someone wants to or can't but because someone knows the raid or mechanics and doesn't have to put forth as much effort to complete but if it is the fact of progression it's irritating but that is why there is a raid leader or admin to correct that
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = It irritates me when people make the same mistake again and again during progression or raids. If I am leading I tell them exactly what they have been doing wrong and what they need to fix because of it happening time in and time out if I am just a regular raider I would tell them after the raid or bring it up to leader
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 8-11? = I am a army man myself. And no my schedule does not conflict with raiding times. I get off work by 5est everyday and have the rest for myself.
