I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = Kenja88
Age = 31-35
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = Alpha/Beta/Day 1'er
How often do you play Destiny? = 5-6 Days/Week
How many characters do you have over 310 Light Level? = 3
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = I like all three classes for different reasons. My original character is a Warlock and I have the most experience in this class. I like the Sunsinger class in raid for it's survivability and fusion grenades but switch to Stormcaller when doing adds for things like Golgoroth's Taken phase. I love using my Titan for it's Defender capabilities and buffs in raids. Hunter was somewhat of a dud for me until they introduced Nightstalker. Shadow shot on bosses is amazing.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = Hunters feel a bit squishy to me but aside from that, I enjoy playing each class for their differences.
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = I generally know how to utilize my characters well for the situation involved. I tend to play aggressively and get in close with Warlock and Titan because of their abilities to get overshields and take a decent amount of damage when the situation calls for it. This tends to get me in trouble with Hunter though since they feel squishier to me.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I have been on the hunt for a new home since my clan dissolved because of lack of interest. I have posted on Destiny tracker but felt that was a slow way of going about things. I looked on Google for clans and came upon a Reddit post. After looking through clans, I came upon your posts and saw this as an excellent fit for myself and what I wanted to do in the game.
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = My old clan Cheez It is the first and only clan I have been in in Destiny. We started off as a PUG group for Vault of Glass and then just evolved into a small group of players.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = I have never been removed from a guild or clan in an MMO. Prior to playing Destiny, I played Final Fantasy 11 for 9 years and Soldier of Fortune prior to that. I have never had any issues in any.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = I like to have fun with this game but also like to get things like raids done in a timely manner with people that know their roles and the mechanics of the raids. I feel like this clan would meet those expectations well.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = I am frequently on the App for Destiny due to having three characters and constantly moving gear around. I frequently study Youtube guides and such when new raids or weapons have come out, or which weapons to look for for things such as Iron Banner.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in the current raid? = I am somewhat of a completionist in this game so at the moment, the only exotics I'm missing are the newly released Year Two exotics and No Time to Explain simply because I have yet find a group for Vault of Glass. I have almost full hard raid gear on my characters aside from the helmets.
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = I like to focus on Recovery and Speed in general on all my characters. Unfortunately I have not yet gotten enough of the high light end gear to focus on specific builds. I tend to focus on Int above the others on gear. I also try to get reload speed on my hand pieces as much as possible but I have had no luck on getting scout rifle perks, which is my favorite raid main to use.
Have you raided in any other games? Please list your raiding history in Destiny. = I raided heavily in Final Fantasy 11 for 9 years to the point where it felt like a second job. My guild/ linkshell was among the top of NA ones on my server and we had experience fighting every endgame monster. My raiding history in Destiny spans hard mode on Vault of Glass, Crota's End and Kingsfall. I had just started on the challenge mode raids when my clan fell apart. I have also done all of the high end strikes for the various items in the game like the exotic swords and Black Spindle.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = I generally just take some deep breaths and think about what I can change about the situation to make it easier to deal with. I try to communicate to the group on what is giving us problems on how to best go about making a change. When my group failed the first Black Spindle week, I racked my brain trying to come up with a better strategy on clearing it. It was probably the must frustrating event I have done in the game.
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = If I receive constructive feedback, I see it as a way to improve myself. No one is perfect and if there is a way to improve what I am doing in any regard, I will listen and take it into account.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = I have no issues at all. Although I take pride in my own abilities, I generally leave the lead role to someone else unless no one is willing to lead in a particular instance.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = It's aggravating at times when people say things like "I ran out of ammo" but refuse to use a synth, but it happens more in PUG groups which is why I have chosen to play with a select group of people for so long. Some people however don't know any better, so sometimes, offering constructive criticism can solve those situations.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = There are 2 types of people in Destiny in particular that irritate me. One always blames their death or screw-up on some outside issue; it's never them just doing something stupid or reckless or just fessing up to it. Second is the one that won't listen to anyone else's input or try any other way except their own. I generally steer clear from both of these types and if they do end up in a PUG with me, I generally will not seek them out afterwards for other events. Since this clan seems to take pride in its abilities, it seems unlikely that this would be an issue.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I'm a Civil Engineer. I work every weekday from 8:30 to 5 so unless traffic is horrendous or I have to work late on getting a project out, there's never any issues with raiding.
