I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = forlornking87
Age = 26-30
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = Alpha/Beta/Day 1'er
How often do you play Destiny? = 5-6 Days/Week
How many characters do you have over 310 Light Level? = 2
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = Titan, the utility of the Titan Bubble can't be compared. The buffs it offers to increase DPS, generate orbs and provide cover where needed are crucial to just about any raid encounter. Not to mention the crowd control factor when one is using the Helm of St. 14. I also enjoy raiding with a Sunbreaker, Cauterize can be extremely useful when things are getting hairy, Simmering Flames has tremendous value in making sure I always have grenades and melee abilities for crowd control work, and the debuff melee move can be useful in certain situations.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = I mainly play a Titan and Hunter, switching can sometimes be an adjustment. I feel so much more mobile with the Titan than I do the Hunter and the jumping always throws me off. For Titan, I wish the Striker had more utility in PvE settings. There are a lot of good things about it, but it just fall short compared to the other subclasses that it's rarely a good choice for the raid. Still fun to use on strikes though. I really don't enjoy playing as a bladedancer. Can't really explain it except that that Subclass is still being leveled.
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = I'm a team player, I follow direction really well and I can recognize when it's time to get serious without taking myself too seriously. I'm good at clearing adds and bringing DPS to the raid. I'm also pretty good at PvP. My weaknesses are that sometimes I mess up my bubble placement, when I get overly tired I make mistakes, and I don't have my characters as min/maxed as I'd like them to be.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = r/destinyclanfinder. What attracted me about your clan was that I was telling my friend with whom I play the Division about how my current Destiny clan plays at weird hours because none of them have real jobs or keep regular hours. I said, "I need to find a clan with a 10 o'clock bedtime" He then showed me your add on reddit.
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = The Backdoor Thieves. Great group of guys, mostly PvP oriented, but they also do PvE stuff. Lately though, the activity has consistently been during weird hours. Also, members are a bit on the immature side, I suppose.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No, I get along with everyone.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = A consistent group of players with whom I can improve my Destiny experience. To make friends with people who are just as passionate about video games as I am, but who also have lives and behave professionally.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = I have tower ghost on my phone (Windows phone) which is extremely useful for transferring characters, but I often forget to use it. I also use LFG when I can't find enough people to do the activities I want to do, incredibly demoralizing. I frequently check r/destinythegame and r/crucibleplaybook.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in the current raid? = No. Though the light levels on some of my gear could be higher (haven't had a dedicated group to run the raid in a while)
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = I focus on Int/Disc but my min/maxing could use some work. I lack information so a lot of my gear choices have been based on what's available and embarrassingly, how it looks. (Gotta love that New Monarchy titan gear)
Have you raided in any other games? Please list your raiding history in Destiny. = This question is confusing. I've raided all the raids in Destiny, pretty regularly. I haven't finished Oryx on hard, again, I lacked a consistent group to do it with. I'm usually on Ogre patrol as a bubble titan and do a great job at burning down the ogres as they spawn. I don't have experience raiding in other games. I played a free to play MMO for a while and reached the level cap. I was in a guild on that game, but never really did any raids, at least nothing that I recognized as a "raid."
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = By addressing the source of the stress. I'm usually stressed about a task that needs to be accomplished or a problem that arises. I like to identify the source and take action to remedy it.
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = I welcome it, it's often the only way to improve. You don't know what you don't know, so when sometimes shows me where I lack ability or knowledge, I'm glad to hear it. As long as it's constructive, I greatly value feedback.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = Consummate teamplayer. Tell me what to do and I will do it well.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = I don't care, it's just a game. I don't know what's going on with him. The only thing that gets to me is when someone is openly getting inebriated during more serious encounters. (Nightfalls, Raids). It just tends to slow things way down.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = I don't really get irritated. I don't like playing with people who get drunk or high while they play, but I just stop playing with them. If I'm in the raid, however, I will not leave. I will just keep playing and pushing through. That said, if there is constructive feedback that I can offer, then I will with as much tact as possible.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I'm an attorney, but I work in a place that is solidly 9-5. I will have no problems raiding Tues-Wed 7-11. That fits with my schedule perfectly.
