I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = Floppy755
Age = 26-30
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = December 2014
How often do you play Destiny? = 5-6 Days/Week
How many characters do you have over 310 Light Level? = 3
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = I have 2 titans + hunter. I enjoy both classes but prefer my titan. I have created & deleted different characters (warlock and another hunter) but have decided to stick to these two classes. They both provide excellent support capabilities as far as damage / armour (I’m Canadian, sorry) increases with titan bubble or hunter tether in PVE situations. I am flexible with deleting/ changing classes in order to best fit raid compositions. I have done it in the past and deleted 2 warlocks.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = Although I really enjoy my titan for PVE, I much prefer using my hunter for PVP activities. It is more of a personal preference and fun factor. Also I am not 100% crazy about the hunter jump, however make due with jumping puzzles and bosses.
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = I try to maximize each of my classes and learn all of its abilities inside and out. This is why I like to main two Titans. It provides me two separate raid times with the same class, in order to improve. It also allows me to gear up quicker in order to progress faster. I like to be able to provide support to the raid party and increase damage or armour in different situations. I would say that a weakness would be these classes are sometimes set into a certain roles (ie. Titans in middle for Oryx). I try and volunteer, if possible, to do other roles for that fight (plates), in order to get a broader idea of the whole rights and the different mechanics. This helps to get a better understanding of other people’s roles and timing of mechanics and abilities.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I was a previous member of 10pm bedtime during PoE content in House of Wolves. I have much respect for what the clan represents and the hard work you guys do. I really want to become a part of this community again and make new friends. I enjoy joking around having a good time while not raiding. I believe those are some of the best times and what I remember most about video games. I have remained in contact with Evan and Mike (even though they both thought my wife killed me at one point in time).
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = I have only been in 10pm bedtime. I have pugged almost all of the raids when not with them. I am tired of bad groups and waiting for people who cant pull their own weight on boss fights. I am looking to become part of a very focused group and have some fun.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No, I had some issues come up IRL in which I was no longer able to play.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = I want to become part of a community with serious raiders who are able to put their heads down and work and grind out bosses until they drop. I also want to be able to make friends and have some good laughs once raiding is done.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = Yes, I always watch youtube videos and read forums like reddit in order to help understand and improve on both raid bosses and class specific details. I have always done this in previous games in endgame raiding like WOW in order to learn mechanics and be better prepared to fight a boss. This has always been a requirement in most of my clans, especially wow. I believe that everyone including myself should be as prepared as possible in order to be able to down a boss quickly and efficiently. Sometimes those videos strategies do not align with guilds strategies, however it is still important for learning bosses abilities. I have been watching a lot of videos for new rise of iron content in order to be better prepared to level up as quickly at launch.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in the current raid? = I have attained all key exotics and armour for raiding in the current tier. I have the pre-order for Rise of Iron already to get the t3 Gally. I will work on attaining all of the best weapons and exotics when release happens.
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = I believing that max-min in very important for all my classes. I always try and aim for max intellect and discipline in order to get t5 for super and grenade. Getting those perks to tier 5 allows for faster use of supers and grenades and those are the most important stats for raiding. Rarely will you every melee enemies in raids. Maxing sniper ammo stats and scout rifle reload speed are also small items that help provide an extra support for my classes.
Have you raided in any other games? Please list your raiding history in Destiny. = I have been in many hard core endgame guilds/clans for over 10 years now. I have played FFXI, WOW, Battlefield, COD to name a few. I have learned to become a very disciplined raider throughout these games, especially with hard-core heroic progression in WOW. Wiping over 100 times to a certain boss and being able to revive quickly and regroup quickly while figuring out your mistakes is key. I played WOW with Mike. I have also been class officers in different guilds which required a lot of knowledge of my class and how to help others improve. I have completed every raid on hard with its current tier except for vault of glass which the level cap was 32 at the point when I joined. I have completed both Vault of Glass Crota End on hard many times both at 32 and 34 (on X2 warlocks). I raided shortly with 10pmbedtime for PoE 35 while it was still interesting. I came back to the game in February and had geared up and raided in both normal and hard mode Kingsfall. I am currently in all 335.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = I am used to high pressure situations and multiple wipes in new content from wow. It is best to take a small break when it gets to be too much and enjoy a nice root beer
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = I am always looking for ways to improve and maximize my damage and role in a right. I am grateful when others are able to provide feedback for me in order to improve. I have learned from working as a chef not to take things personally, so I do not hold grudges when being talked to negatively. Sometimes the advice can be negative or harsh, but I prefer that as opposed to it being sugar coated or lied to. I am used to the pressure of maintaining high standards and pulling my own weight. I understand that it just part of being in a top tier clan.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = I have no issues and follow order and directions well. I understand when we fight a boss to shut my mouth unless it’s absolutely important and relative to the fight. I have much respect for players in leadership roles and understand that it is a difficult one. As a raider I must listen and follow instructions set forth and improve when needed.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = I am always striving to be the best player I can be. I aim to be one of the top raiders in everything I do. It does not bother me if I put in more time and effort than the other players. If I see ways in which they can improve and can offer advice I will.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = I am not a fan of negative Nancie’s or people who rage. I used to be slightly negative to frustrating situations, but have learned to deal with it. I respect everyone’s opinion so it does not bother me. I try not to get involved when those things happen (since it is not my place as a non-officer) as it brings down the moral of the group.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I am currently a high school teacher and finish work on most days around 3pm. I do have a small baby at home, but I have the blessing from the boss (wife) and we both believe that this raid schedule is the best for me. Thank you for your consideration and time. - Floppy

Always a good sign to have thorough answers in the application; plus you're a former member. Good luck on the recruitment.
