I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = DrCrawdaddy
Age = 20-25
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = Alpha/Beta/Day 1'er
How often do you play Destiny? = 3-4 Days/Week
How many characters do you have at max level? = 3
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = I prefer the warlock for the self revive. Hands down the most clutch ability in a hard mode raid when even 1 death can mean a 17% decrease in DPS.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = Not so much, maybe the fact hunters can't 1 shot majors with golden gun anymore. This is quite frustrating when trying to generate orbs and the only thing you can kill in 1 shot is a dreg and it takes two to get 1 orb. I guess if you're trying to generate orbs you should be using shadowshot anyways...
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = A strength of mine would be that I am very knowledgeable and comfortable with the warlock class. I've played warlock since alpha and only recently began to branch out into other classes. A weakness of mine would be my unfamiliarity with other classes, hunter and Titan.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I saw your post on Reddit ps4 clans. The first thing that caught my attention was that you were an established top tier raiding clan and no one under 20 was allowed to join. I like the idea of a clan full of mature members with their eye on the prize.
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = I have but nothing serious, kind of like ex-girlfriends right? No really I think I've only been in one clan before and it was a clan my friend started when the game released and I just never got around to leaving it.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No I have not, as formentioned I've only been in one and left at my own will.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = Routine, I'm ready to move on from this chapter of raiding with unfamiliar people in pugs every reset. Having to teach new people the raid. Having no idea of what they know and only to be chastised when I shoot out a tip or suggestion because they assume I'm calling them idiots. I want to be at the forefront of destiny PVE progression and that's exactly what I intend to do.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = I use multiple 3rd party websites quite frequently.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in raiding? = Not that I can think of, for kings fall at least... Touch of malice? Check. Black spindle? Got it, 318 even. What more could you need?
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = I do min max my characters stats, I'm always looking how to maximize my ability to perform. I'll mostly go with intellect up to 300 and let the rest fall as they may, mostly into discipline after. I prefer sniper ammo and reload on my armor since outside of the touch of malice it's the only weapon I'm concerned about ammo and reload time.
If you have prior raiding experience in other games besides Destiny, please list it here. = World of Warcraft end game content across multiple expansions, can't even remember them all now. Dragon soul? Ice crown citadel? Sunwell? Was a top 10 dps shadow priest across multiple fights on heroic, at one point during mists of pandaria, on the website where you submit dps charts, monitor activity time, dot uptime, etc. I forgot the name of it now.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = I perform even better most of the time, I realize the pressure is on and it's do or die. I thrive in a stressful situation, this is usually where I develop new ways to overcome once limiting onstacles.
How do you react to negative feedback, justified or otherwise? = I take all feedback in stride. I'm always looking to improve so anything noted in my performance is certainly welcome as I become a better player and move forward.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = I'm a military member so taking direction from someone in a leadership role is a daily occurrence for me. I've adjusted and it's become nothing out of the norm.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = I usually go for another attempt or about 10 more minutes before I make it known in a polite manner. I try to make it so I never out someone in front of their peers as this can come of as belittling or disrespectful to some, again thank the military for this.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = Laziness, people being lazy is my biggest pet peeve. I've found the best way to deal with people slacking or being lazy is to try and motivate/encourage them to put in the effort so we can both reap the rewards of our hard work and effort.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I work in a hospital ER on a Panama schedule so I can work anywhere from 2 days to 5 days. However being on night shift I will be off work every time 7pm est rolls around.
