I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = Demon6324236
Age = 20-25
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = Alpha/Beta/Day 1'er
How often do you play Destiny? = 5-6 Days/Week
How many characters do you have over 310 Light Level? = 3
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = I'd probably say Hunter simply due to flexibility in roles. I can have super every round for Tether on any of the bosses, I never really come close to death but if I did I have a mini-flashbang/invisibility I can throw down at any time, and I have what I find to be the most versatile of jumps.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = I feel like I've lost a lot of my love for Warlock. Voidwalker has felt subpar as of late, I miss my Obsidian Mind Nova Bomb spam. Sunsinger feels like just a cheap revive machine for those who can't survive on their own or make a mistake. Stormcaller just doesn't feel all too amazing to me outside of add DPS, and seems to lack any supporting attributes which you would want in a raid. I still play it, but I just feel kinda subpar by compare to my other classes.
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = I'm skilled. I'm calm. I know what to do and how to do it, and in general learn extremely quickly so anything thrown at me doesn't get me twice. For instance, day 1 of King's Fall I had figured out the totem part entirely within about 10 minutes of starting it for the first time. Intuition, versatility, and the ability to quickly adapt, are the 3 things I would say are my strengths both in and out of the game. My weaknesses are... I have severe depression so sometimes, I kinda just shut other things out. I'll still play, but don't expect me to talk much, I know what to do, I don't see much point in forcing me to talk through it. The obvious exception is something like Golgoroth Hard Mode where communication is necessary. I also have chronic migraines which can cause me a great deal of pain. I don't often lose focus, but it can happen at times, and when it does and I realize it I can fix it rather quickly.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I heard about it here. https://www.reddit.com/r/ ... d_a_moment_of_truth/
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = Yep, but I don't recall the name. It was a clan on Xbox 360 which I played on up till right around January, then quit till July, upon which I started playing on PS4.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = Nope.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = Enjoyment, progression. Perhaps a sense of friendship which I haven't had in a while, and the absence of I believe helps to fuel my depression.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = Destiny Item Manager, a few sites like the Database and such.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in the current raid? = I have every Exotic weapon in the game besides 2 of the swords, which I'm missing the Strike for, and Truth. As for armors, I don't think so. If I am, let me know, I'll strive to get it.
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = Stats more so than perks, but ammo/reload perks when possible. In stats I focus on Intellect first, then Discipline for... Striker/Gunslinger/Bladedancer/Voidwalker/Stormcaller & Strength for... Defender/Sunbreaker/Nightstalker/Sunsinger.
Have you raided in any other games? Please list your raiding history in Destiny. = I have, kinda. I used to play Final Fantasy XI, I played it for~ roughly 6 years. In that time I did basically every bit of content in it. Some of it you could say was raid-esque, but none of it was actually called a raid, so take that experience for what you will. I also play Final Fantasy XIV right now, I've done raids in it, though not a ton and never the "Hard" modes due to lack of statics and lack of confidence in my skill at the game. In Destiny, I've done every raid within a week of it's release on each difficulty. I did 3 runs of VoG per week from release till the beginning of 2016, basically the same with Crota from release till the beginning of 2016. King's Fall I've missed 2 weeks of runs due to loss of internet, but excluding that, I've ran every single week, every single character.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = That very much depends. Generally, I tend to do very well, I don't tend to focus on the situation at hand but rather the objective I'm aiming to achieve. Be that as it may, there are times I can lose my moral and begin to fall short as a result, though it's quite rare.
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = Generally pretty well. If I feel it is miss-aimed however I will not hesitate to voice my opinion on it. I genuinely hate false accusations, feedback is often given in response to a fault, and if I feel that the accusation of a fault is inaccurate, I'll contest it.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = Much like the question about feedback, I'm generally fine with it. I will however attempt to throw in my own opinion where I feel it's reasonable to do so. If we're doing a fight and I see a better way to do it, I'll say something. Leadership is fine, taking direction is fine, but doing it blindly just isn't my style.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = I tend to just try harder. If I'm carrying things, I might as well carry more, it can only make me better by learning how to push myself further. If I can see a way to make suggestions without seeming like a total cunt however, I'll do that too. I just tend to think my critique can come across a bit too harsh.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = Many things can annoy me, it depends on my mood. Generally there are a few surefire ways to accomplish it though. If you ignore me, oh, that'll piss me off. If you seem incompetent, that'll do it too. I also hate repetition, if you keep saying "Bro" or "GG" or something else every 10 seconds, that'll annoy the fuck out of me. Probably other things I can't think of off of the top of my head too, but, eh. How do I deal with it? I generally just try to ignore it. If it keeps getting to me I'll just take my headset off and put it around my neck to where I can hear anything important that catches my attention but I can more easily ignore basically everything else going on. Push me far enough however... I'll just tell you to shut the hell up, and I'll be a real asshole. My friend calls me a benevolent asshole with good reason.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I don't do anything work related at the moment, I'm unemployed sadly. When I finally get hired somewhere, I'll let you know how that'll affect my raid time. Hopefully, it won't hurt me, but ya never know.
