I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = Chahay
Age = 20-25
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = August 2015
How often do you play Destiny? = 5-6 Days/Week
How many characters do you have over 310 Light Level? = 3
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = My favorite class to use in the KF raid is my Nightstalker Hunter. The hunter's agility makes it a capable runner for final two fights and it's super it useful to increase the entire team's dps. Being able to shadestep also makes holding Golgorath's gaze much easier, even though gaze holding is honestly not my favorite role in that situation.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = I play with every class, but I would say that I play the Titan the least. With both the Hunter and the Warlock I don't enjoy blink, but thankfully it is not necessary for the KF mechanics. I do not have any complaints with the Hunter class. When using my warlock, I usually run sunsinger which although the super is useful, it isn't a very team oriented super which I dislike. The advantage of the Sunsinger is that it allows more room for risky maneuvers when necessary. When running I Titan, I dislike being constrained to the bubble, but I understand its importance.
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = I think I am a team player. My goals are to stay alive while making sure I am doing my job. I feel that I am very aware of my surroundings which helps me adapt. I have completed the raid countless times, so I feel that I have a strong understand of each role. One weakness that I have is that my warlock only has the sunsinger subclass complete. I think that I am a decent sniper and can stay alive when needed. Sometimes I play too risky as a sunsinger.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I was looking for an organized PvE based clan. Your post was on /r/ps4clans and I felt that the description matches my interests.
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = No.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = I expect to have an organized schedule for when we are going to raid each with along with the confidence that the team will be able to complete the raid in a timely manner. I also expect to meet the people in the clan and have a group that I can turn to in order to compete future tasks, such as a time gated exotic or something similar. I also believe that this group have knowledge of the game that I would like to acquire for myself in order to better myself.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = I use the Loadouts app to quickly move items between characters. Since I am not in a clan I usually use destinylfg.net to find a raid group. When playing trials, I use TrialsReport and Destiny Tracker.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in the current raid? = I do not have the bones of eoa but I can't complete the jumping puzzle without them.
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = Yes I always try to set my perks to include 10 levels in int, disp, and str. While raid it aim for a 5,4,1 build on my classes in order to quickly get my super up followed by grenades. When running a nightstalker, I tend to lean toward more strengths than discipline in order to get smokes quicker.
Have you raided in any other games? Please list your raiding history in Destiny. = I'm a year 2 destiny player, so my only challenging raids have been the KF raids. I have run VoG and CE and seen the mechanics, but never when they were difficult.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = It depends who I am with. In a group setting, usually it is best to turn to a leader and follow. Impatience and stress usually cause mistakes, so I try to keep a level head. Laying blame on others rarely helps the situation, so I tend to focus on my goals and accomplish them.
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = I am open to feedback. If I am doing something wrong, I absolutely want to know what it is. My goal is to play to yet best of my ability and an outside perspective is usually beneficial.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = I can follow a leader's instruction. The best life example of this was pledging my fraternity. For three months, I was completely subservient to the leaders of the brotherhood and had to follow their directions without question. It wasn't until after establishing myelf, that I began to add my own opinions to theirs.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = It depends on my position. If I am in a leadership role then I expect to be putting in more effort than the next guy. It is the leaders place to motivate the team, so if I'm not the leader I usually keep my opinion to myself.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = When raiding, I get irritated when there are multiple opinions and strategies being suggested. One person should take charge and the rest should follow. I also feel that communication is necessary, but people that constantly are talking irritate me.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = Currently, I work from 7:30-4 pacific time as an engineering intern. My job here will be finished in a few weeks and I will head back to the east coast for school. My schedule for next semester is all morning classes so I do not see any conflicts.
