I just filled out application '10 PM Bedtime'. Here is my submission for your consideration:

PSN Username = BlazeBoss17
Age = 20-25
Gender = Male
When did you start playing Destiny? = Alpha/Beta/Day 1'er
How often do you play Destiny? = Everyday
How many characters do you have over 310 Light Level? = 3
After reading our recruitment post, what activity do you think 10 PM Bedtime primarily focuses on? = Raiding & PvE
Which class is your favorite in a raid setting and why? = My two favorite raid subclasses are nightstalker and defender. I have to give the edge to nightstalker because shadowshot provides the best orb generation in the game, a 35% damage buff, and can control ads. And the subclass also features vanish in smoke for those panic/tactical moments.
Is there anything about the class(s) you play that you don't enjoy? = I play and enjoy all nine subclasses. However, my least favorite class is warlock because they lack a support subclass. It is the only class in the game that cannot provide a major buff to the entire raid team (technically viking funeral can, but its merits are questionable). In addition, glide is my least favorite jump in the game.
What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses while playing your class(s)? = While I technically main a hunter, I play the titan and warlock as if I mained them. I have a deep understanding of all the perks and synergies and can bring the optimal tool for the job. One thing I try to do is use my super as often as possible to make ad management as easy as possible and to generate orbs. However, when I am a warlock I will most likely die at the jumping puzzle at least once, as glide has no recovery ability.
What attracted you to our particular clan? Where did you hear about us? = I am looking for a group of skilled players to quickly clear the raid three times a week, and have fun and make friends doing so. I have led 455 PUGs to raid clears, but it is frustrating continuously playing with people who do not take Destiny as seriously as myself and in general simply lack skill. I heard about 10 PM Bedtime on the r/Fireteams and r/LFC subreddits.
Have you been in any other Destiny clans? = I am a member of the Ecliipse clan and the Grandmasters of Grimoire group, neither of which are raiding groups.
Have you ever been removed from a clan for misconduct? = No.
What do you expect to gain from being in our clan? = I want to become friends with skilled, knowledgeable players who enjoy playing Destiny on a weekly basis. Through doing this, I would be able to complete the raid three times a week as quickly as possible.
Do you utilize any outside resources related to Destiny? = My love for Destiny leads me to spend a truly ridiculous amount of time reading about and watching Destiny. I am a very active member of the r/destinythegame subreddit, I watch tons of Destiny youtube videos and podcasts, and stay up to date on all of the official articles and streams. My most frequently accessed websites consist of destinystatus, destinytracker, destinylfg, destinydb, destinytrialsreport, guardiangg, and countless other sites. I also use the chrome extensions DIM and Destiny Loot History.
Are you missing any key exotic weapons or armor pieces that are useful in the current raid? = As an avid collector of everything in Destiny, I have just about everything one can obtain in Destiny, including all exotics (weapons and armor, except for four faction class items). For example, I just spent 500 strange coins completing my sparrow kiosk. After checking Amanda Holiday for rare ships for the last 15 months, I am one away from completing my ship collection. I also stockpile materials: I currently have over 3000 strange coins, 50 exotic engrams, and am particularly proud of my 80 antiquated runes.
Do you min-max your character's stats? Which stats and gear perks do you focus on? = Yes, I min-max my characters. I have tier 12 loadouts for all of my characters, split 5-5-2 focusing on intellect and discipline. Back in year 1, I made this chart to help with my gear selection ( ... a.png?1). For perks, I focus on increased sniper ammo or anything else relevant to the raid. For example, I am a big advocate of the unpopular Glasshouse for its increased WoL duration.
Have you raided in any other games? Please list your raiding history in Destiny. = No one would call an incursion a raid, but I played the Division. In Destiny, I have been raiding since the early days of VoG, and currently have 455 raid clears (121 VoG, 141 CE, 164 KF, 29 WotM). Every single one of those raid groups was a PUG. I have not missed a single lootable raid in about 60 weeks. I have a three maned VoG, flawless VoG, soloed Templar, soloed Atheon, floawless Crota, soloed Crota, and flawless KF. I like to pseudo-speedrun raids: beating them as quickly as possible while still getting all chests and challenge modes; my current records are (37 min VoG, 19 min Crota, 44 min KF, and 42 min WotM). My main skill has been assembling six people who have never played with each other before and leading them to a quick, wipeless completion. My LFG groups were able to clear KF in under an hour 37 times. I got one of the first Oryx challenge mode completions in the world, beat WotM four times on launch day, and got world’s 53rd WotM HM with a PUG. I have led sherpa runs.
How do you deal with high pressure or stressful situations? = The average raid in Destiny is routine and anything but stressful. It is the unique, high pressure situations that are my favorite in Desinty: two manning siege engine after four people died, or using multiple cannons at Asksis because you are a man down. Stressful situations are the true test of someone’s skill and adaptability. That’s why my favorite activity in Destiny is doing raid challenges like two manning Golgoroth or four manning totems.
How do you react to constructive feedback, be it negative or otherwise? = I love receiving constructive feedback, because that means there is something I can improve on. It is my goal to be the best Destiny player I can be, and in a game like Destiny that means I have to learn from others; it is impossible for one person to always come up with the best ideas.
How are you with taking directions from someone in a leadership role? = In a raid, I take whatever role is best-suited for me in order to beat it as most efficiently as possible. If that means I take directions from a designated leader, then I will follow those directions to the t. Having raided with literally thousands of different people, I get along in any environment.
How do you react when you realize you're putting in more effort than the next guy in your fireteam? = I would say that’s par for the course, because it’s just about impossible to put in more effort than me. Joking aside, I tend to lead by example but if that is not enough, I will have a conversation with that member to get to the root of the problem and resolve the issue.
What irritates you about other people and how do you usually deal with them? = My biggest pet peeve in Destiny is lack of communication during an activity that requires it. I understand that some people are naturally shy, but when you are in an activity that requires each person to make callouts to succeed, you must communicate. Not learning from past mistakes also irritates me. Deaths happen, but making the silly mistake three times in a row shows me you do not learn. It also irritates me when people make commitments to raid at a certain time and then break them. We are all busy people, and not honoring past commitments is disrespectful. I am a very understanding, patient person and never rage.
What do you do for a living? Will there be any conflicts with our raiding schedule of Tue/Wed 7-11? = I am a college student, and will not have any conflict with that time.
